Cancellation Policy
Things come up! We totally get it. To honor our welders' time, here are the policies we've
put in place if you need to cancel your permanent jewelry welding appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you're holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to others. Please email hello@gorings.com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If you need to cancel, we require that you email at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow someone else to get welded at that time!
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
Email hello@gorings.com! Easy peasy. If you'd like to reschedule (we'd love to still get you welded!) please include timing that works for you.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 before the appointed time.
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.
In either case, you will only be eligible for store credit for the full amount that you paid for the appointment.
