How do I know my ring size?

Our rings run true to size. Any local jewelry store will be happy to size you.

Where can I find Go Rings retailers?

We primarily sell online. If you know of a store that you think should carry Go Rings, let us know! You can find a current list of Go Rings retailers here. Don't see what you're looking for? Email hello@gorings.com with your location and we'll let you know if Go Rings are sold in your city.

How can I be more involved with Go Rings? 

SHARE: Our customers are our best advertisements. Snap a picture wearing your Go Rings jewelry and share on social media. Be sure to tag us @gorings.

SHOP: Go Rings make great gifts year-round. Shop for birthday, Christmas, bridal parties. If you're ordering more than 10 rings, contact us about wholesale pricing.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept credit/debit cards & PayPal. We do not accept checks.

Do you ship internationally? 

No, we currently only ship within the US. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our standard is to ship your order within 3 business days from Austin, TX. We use standard USPS shipping, which takes anywhere from 2-8 business days. We'll always send you a tracking number. Keep in mind that each item is handmade to order, so a little grace may need to be given during peak seasons. 

What is your return policy?

We provide full refunds or exchanges on flawed jewelry bought on our site within 200 days of purchase. Start the process by filling out this Returns Form. Send your product and Returns Form to the address listed. We'll promptly issue a full refund upon arrival.

What is your exchange policy? 

If your order was incorrectly filled or flawed in any way, please email hello@gorings.com and let us make it right for you. If your product is satisfactory but you want to exchange it for a different item or size, please print and fill out our Exchange Form to get the process started.
